✦ A little about me
Everyone is carrying something.
Everyone is carrying something remarkable — a spark, a story that wants telling, a message that wants to land. There are moments when one person's message becomes reality, when a handful of sentences move millions. That's the room we'll work in together, and honestly, that's the part that still gets me: finding that spark in each person.
The question
Why do I do this?
If you asked me why I do what I do, I'd say I was probably built to connect people back to themselves — to what they're actually made of. For as long as I can remember I've lived at the seams: between the personal and the commercial, between an idea and an experience, between what someone intends and what they actually pull off. I listen for the quiet signals, the ones under the noise.
Where I come from
The road here.
My path ran through military systems and strategy, then brand management, then building sales organizations in Israel and abroad — private companies, public institutions, international organizations. In recent years I've trained dozens of executives and founders for the moments that count: leaders representing their companies on stage, partnership conversations at home and overseas, startups raising capital, briefings for forums at the Pentagon, and TED.
These days the work braids together: advising companies, developing leaders, talks and workshops on getting a message across, building hi-end decks that are really deep distillation processes, shaping brand identity — and sometimes just seeing the one angle nobody else saw yet, and showing it.
The toolkit
What's the main tool I work with?
I listen. I walk into complicated situations, hear what nobody said out loud, notice what's trying to be born — and then help you say it right. In a way that lands in the chest, sits in the gut, and moves people to act.
A founder chasing a round. A director ready to break through. A brand that needs a new language. My job is to hold up an honest mirror and then build the structure underneath it — with heart, with precision, with a little nerve. It isn't only the message. It's the identity: the depth and the values that made it.
It's the ability to actually be there. And then to move toward the thing you said you'd build.
The work
What I actually make.
I make experiences. Not the soothing kind. The kind that wakes something up.
Experiences that get people to move — to choose, to speak, to stand in front of the world at full size, exactly as they are. Through story, strategy and presence, I help people, brands and ventures turn a message into feeling, and an idea into something real.
Come on. Let's make something worth remembering. Itai.
Let's get acquainted.
